She blurred into motion as her figure raced towards me, I knew I had to keep her at a distance but I didn't have many options.

*Huh* *Thwoosh*

I gulped in some air and tried my freezing breath as she got in closer, that should be able to slow her down, how wrong I was.

"That's cute~."

Her sultry voice sounded out just as she reached the freezing mist. The wind suddenly picked up as if to protect her and my mist that was about to hit its target was blow to the side. The ground froze where it touched but she was unharmed.

I pulled my weapon up as fast as I could, but she was too fast. She ducked under my weapon and appeared right in front of me. I flinched as her eyes stared into mine, I tried to pull back but her hands already shot out and wrapped around my neck.

She was hanging to my neck as if we were close and not mortal enemies trying to kill each other. A strong grip suddenly pulled my head forwards and I was locking lips with the woman. I tried to struggle from her grasp but it was like a vice keeping me in place.

A scent entered my nose that smelled like roses and my brain turned fuzzy for a second. My body went limp in her arms and felt my struggle cease. Feeling this my mind went into overdrive as I tried to bring back my senses. By the time I had regained clarity I could feel the energy in my body being drained.

It was exactly like my own 'Demonic Kiss', the exact same feelings everything. It was drawing my energy out and adding it to hers. But unlike my energy drain, which could forcefully drain it from a person, she had lulled my brain and relaxed my body by using some type of pheromone.

Probably something she releases naturally. With this it was easier to take the energy out. Well 2 can play at that game!

With my mental faculties finally regained I activated my own 'Demonic Kiss' and started to rip all my energy back. My eyes, which I just realized had closed in the moment, shot open as I stared into her face. She had also closed her eyes and I could see the look of bliss on her face.

She had been tapping into the connection between me, Ella and Rose, meaning she was gaining 3 people energies at the same time, no wonder she looked so intoxicated.

But once I started to rip it back, her own eyes snapped open. Her face was one of shock as she looked back at me, and in that moment of shock, she stopped. Giving me just enough time to break her hold.

I rocked my head back and gave her a powerful head butt that did more damage to me than her. But it was enough; it confused her for a second. And in that second I pulled back my origin halberd that was still in my grasp.

The hook on the outside edge caught into her back and I felt her spine get caught. I pulled her towards me, even though I wanted to do the exact opposite, just to cause her damage.

"Ahhh~"

She finally released a scream of sorts since the fight started, but once I heard the tone she used I knew I had fucked up. Looking at her face as she was dragged closer, the intoxicating look hadn't changed and the smile that graced her lips had grown even larger.

"Shit."

I sent out a small curse as I unsummoned my halberd and pulled my legs up. Giving a powerful kick I hit her in the stomach but she didn't move, which worked for me as I used the momentum to gain some room.

Seriously though, what the fuck is her skin made of?

My mental strain was reaching the limit as she didn't move from her spot. She looked down at her stomach where I had left a dirt boot imprint and then reached behind herself to touch the injury I had caused.

She pulled her hand back and I saw them bloodied. She didn't care though as she brought it to her face and began to lick her fingers clean. Her red lips that were red, were dyed a deeper crimson as she licked her lips.

'Yeap, this is one crazy bitch'

(Ella PoV)

Humans, their bodies were so weak.

I focused a little of my energy into the bow in my hands and watched as a flaming arrow appeared. Pulling the string back I locked my eyes onto one of the vermin and let it loose. The projectile flew true and impaled the mage through the chest. Soon his robes caught on fire and I turned my head away.

I didn't need to watch another eradicated. We had whittled down the forces on this side with practiced ease. None of them could handle attacks from me or Rose, it was just pitiful. If there weren't so many of them we would have finished quickly.

My children were holding up nicely, but they had let one of 2 attacks through, I would have to discipline them later. They held their tower shields up, the ones provided by father, and had formed a semi-circle of protection.

I was to deal with the mages while Rose would deal with the close range fighters. They were being ripped to pieces by her whip and earth spikes. They should invest in better gear.

I felt my tongue lick my bottom lip as I stared at the amount of food in front of me. They would be a sumptuous meal later, but for now; I condensed another arrow.

'I'll need help as fast as possible. I've got a tough one on my side.'

Fathers' message came to me as I was about to shoot. I furrowed my brows for a second before turning my attention back to the group we were facing. Their once 200 man group was as low as 40 by now. It shouldn't take too long.

I had also noticed the merchant was helping out with the mages at the back, what was his name again, Hunter? I turned my eyes away after a second, I didn't really care what his name was.

I instead sent a look to Rose and she nodded back at me.

*Pak* *Pak* *Pak*

*Twang* *Twang*

We increased our assault on these pitiful beings and the started to drop like flies. We had been taking it pretty easy for the time being, once we had killed a few it really wasn't a tough fight, it was more a warm up in my opinion.

"Urk!"

"Argh"

*Whimper*

*Gurgle*

We were down to the last 10 when I felt our connection being tapped.

My eyes shot open and one of my arrows finally missed its target as I realized something was taking our energy!

Someone was trying to eat father!

*Grr*

A small growl left my lips as I condensed more arrows on my string. It had only lasted a few short seconds before it was cancelled, but it had put me in a bad mood. It took nearly all my self-control not to go help him now.

Finally the last one dropped to the ground and I turned to Rose. She also had a worried look as we could feel our connection trembling. The children were tired after all the fighting and defending so had dropped to the ground. I was slightly annoyed at their lack of stamina and fighting spirit, another thing I would have to lecture them on later. But for now I had more pressing matters.

Raising her hands and lowering them, Rose started to lower the earth wall between us.

*Tremble*

*Tremble*

"Grrrr!"

I couldn't help the growl that escaped my lips as I looked at the site before me, about 100 meters away some woman was straddling father and had her hands around his neck. His weapon was discarded to the side and I could see some pieces of his armour all over the place, blood splashed on the ground as she bit into his shoulder.

I felt something snap in me as I rushed forwards in a blind rage.

"GET AWAY FROM HIM!!!!"

(Liam PoV)

It wasn't even a fight, she was toying with me.

After I had injured her she had rushed forwards even faster than before. The wind curled behind her body, propelling her along and in the blink of an eye she had grabbed me by the hand. The next thing I knew I was thrown in the opposite direction of the earth wall and was lying on my back.

The wind was kicked out of me and I felt my armour groan under the impact. My mind in a small haze didn't realize what was happening until I was picked up again. I had somehow kept my halberd in my grasp but she reached down and pried it out of my grasp.

Throwing it to the side she reached up to the Pauldrons on my shoulders and ripped them off. Personally I had no clue how they connected to my gear as I always equipped them through the system, but I didn't think it should be that easy to rip them off.

With them gone she also ripped my helmet off. Looking down at me she licked her lip again and some of the blood from before dripped on my face.

"Perfect~"

She forced me to the ground before I knew at and had straddled my body, using her legs to keep me pinned to the ground and her hands to keep me restrained. Bending down she sent a lick up my neck and gave it a small nibble.

'What the fuck is wrong with this chick'

Was one of the thoughts running through my head as I continued to struggle. I was starting to actually make some progress when she pulled herself back. Giving me a smile she pulled back one of her arms….

"Ohh Fu…"

….And slammed it into my head. My vision went black for a second and then became hazy as I was too dizzy to make out what was happening. The strength I had been using to struggle momentarily forgotten.

"Argh!"

And then I felt the pain in my shoulder. She had frisking bitten me!

Her jaw sunk into my shoulder and she started to suck up the blood that was coming out. As she did I felt her body shaking in anticipation, but before she could continue.

"GET AWAY FROM HIM!!!!"

I felt my anger rise exponentially as Ella's rage filled voice reached us. Looking up, the woman atop me frowned in displeasure, looking for the source of the scream.

Laying her eyes on Ella though, her body froze and I felt it shiver. Her eyes, which I could just see, widened in disbelief and she whispered to herself. I could only just make out what she said.

"Sister?"

I was stunned by her words as my mind started to make connection between where I had heard something like that before and all the other physical attributes she had.

While I was thinking that she looked back down at me. Her frown suddenly turned to one of realization as she looked between me and Ella who was rushing over. And after the realization passed, a slight hint of disappointment showed.

"I guess you're already taken~."

Her hand reached up and gently caressed the bite mark and my face.

"ARGH!!!!"

Ella was screaming as she closed in, she was about to reach us. I was stunned by the revelations in my head and didn't fight back as she jumped away from me and backed up, the wind carrying her faster.

Ella finally arriving stopped in front of me and stared daggers at the retreating woman. She stood in front of me protectively and I heard her even growl at the woman. She just smiled back.

"It was nice to meet you~ I'll see you soon~"

And with those cryptic words she turned on her heel and retreated back to her horse. Saddling up she turned it around and raced away. Ella didn't move from her spot in front of me and soon enough Rose also moved over.

I could see the worry in her eyes as she looked down at the wound on my shoulder. It was only after that woman's silhouette had faded that Ella turned around and looked at me. I gave her a wiry smile as I could still feel the anger that was simmering under the surface.

Giving her a smile I beckoned her over. She looked like she wanted to vent her emotions on something, or someone, but there was no one around, so she begrudgingly made her way over. Sitting down next to me I pulled her into a hug and started to sooth her the best I could.

"I'm alright."

"I'm alright."

"Thank you for helping me."

I pulled out a small health potion and chugged it down, still calming her. Rose also moved and sat down next to us. I could feel the worry in her and also pulled her in for a hug.

We sat like that as the adrenaline started to leave our bodies.
