I opened my eyes slowly. My head was still groggy.

Where am I?

I slowly shifted my head around and looked at the room. It seemed like I was in a huge room, black spider like lines covered the whole room. Cracks covered the area I was around and I felt a slick substance on the back of my neck.

My head suddenly shot with pain as memories started to flood through it.

*Munch* *Crunch*

I'm still alive?

I sat up fast as my memories returned to me and winced.

Wait!

*Munch* *Crunch*

I looked down at my body and realized that I felt no pain.

What's going on?

*Munch* *Crunch*

I know for a fact, I broke my ribs before, and I was losing so much blood. I shifted my legs and also realized that my snapped bone was fixed as well.

Even though I couldn't feel anything wrong, my clothes were still ripped where I had been injured.

*Munch* *Crunch*

How could I have recovered?

I couldn't figure out what happened.

My head shot with pain again and a sense of joy filled my head, as well as a sense of hunger. But these feelings felt weird.

*Munch* *Crunch*

What the hell is that noise?

I turned my head towards the sound; it was coming from my right.

What entered my sight was a kid?

She looked about 2 years old and had a skinny body. I couldn't see her face because she had her back turned to me, but the color of her skin seemingly struck a chord with my muddled memories.

She was hunched over something and bobbing up and down, what is happening?

The sense of hunger and joy I felt became stronger, as I continued to dumbly stare at her? As my confusion continued, she stopped what she was doing and turned towards my direction.

Her face still had baby fat and betrayed a sense of innocence as she gazed in my direction. A smile blossomed on her face when she saw me staring back. I wouldn't have felt much too wrong with this scene, as the look she gave was just too innocent.

A feeling of intimacy and joy once again flowed into my head, this time even stronger. What completely ruined this scene and made me shocked though was what she held in her hands.

A gnawed forearm was held between her arms and blood was splattered on her pearly white teeth. Her body had splattered blood all over it, from her face to her chests. It was all splotched in enough blood that I could only think of a butcher at that moment.

I could finally see what she had been doing.

She had been eating!

My thoughts became clear as I remembered what transpired just before I had fainted, and I got a look at what she had been eating. It was the special I had killed. The skin that I had found so hard to scratch was easily torn by her teeth.

After looking at me, she had gone back to munching on special. The sense of hunger still continued on and only slightly felt relieved.

Why am I feeling this!

These are not my feelings!

This realization hit my hard as I continued to stare at the naked girl in front of me. The feelings continued on and I figured out they were coming from her. But why is this happening?

My head was so confused, as I tried to sort out the situation before me. Terror filled me at this unknown situation.

As if sensing the feeling, the girl once again stopped eating and turned to me. Instead of continuing on, she picked herself up and made her way over. The fear intensified, and I made to back away. I knew I was more powerful than her, and I couldn't feel any threat from her. But I was just too confused right now.

She stopped as I backed away and frowned. I felt her unease, it made me stop what I was doing and try to calm down. In that short window she started to walk towards me again and soon reached me.

My fear started back up as she bent down and laid on me. She cuddled up to me and went into a fetal position on top of my chest.

This situation dumbfounded me as I could only stare at the small creature in my embrace. A strong feeling of safety and contentment was transmitted and it calmed me down. Whatever was happening, hopefully I could find answers in my status.

Thinking status in my head, what I saw left me gob smacked.
