The clanging sounds of metal rang out along the ground, as a knight approached a balcony. He passed through the well-furnished audience chamber and made his way out side. Reaching the open door he took 2 more steps and then went to his knees.

"Your Majesty!"

In front of the knight stood a man in flowing robes. They were black with gold trimmings and gave the person an air of majesty. He had flowing black hair and a well-trimmed beard. He turned around to look at the knight, who had just kneeled, and spoke with the authority of an emperor.

"Has the investigations been completed?"

Being addressed the knight finally raised his head to stare into the man's eyes. They were a deep blue and beget a strong power.

"Yes! The terrain matches none previously seen, and the metal structures that have been ruined seemed to be made from a civilization of engineers. Though the technology isn't that high."

"Only the imperial capital was transported, with all the soldiers and knights that were residing in it at the time. The rest of our forces seemed to be left behind."

The man gave a nod as his thoughts drifted off somewhere else. The knight didn't dare to continue before the emperor gave him his Que.

The man stood and looked out at the expanse of buildings and skyscrapers that were surrounding his kingdom. He knew a greater power had taken his kingdom to lands unknown. It was even questionable if they were on the same planet. The sky looked different.

To lose more than half of their forces was a huge blow in this dangerous area, they had no clue what monsters could be out there. He turned back to the knight and let him continued.

"As already reported none of our levels were affected in this transportation. Some of the lower level citizens did lose a few levels and had to restart from 0. It has caused some resent in the populace."

The man waved his hand dismissively.

"I'll deal with that later, continue."

"We have spotted anther one or two city in close proximity to us. As well as one other castle as big as ours."

The man grimaced; more troubles had come his way.

"Gather some men to clear out our surroundings and take over the cities as fast as they can. Threaten them to capitulate and if they resist, kill them. Send some scouts to track the castles movements, and gauge their levels."

"Yes!"

The knight bowed even deeper before continuing.

"We still haven't been able to activate the magic circles that appeared in the city, and we can't tell where they take people. We have the best magicians and spatial Warpers working on it, but they haven't figured it out yet."

The emperor frowned once again. Just who had taken them here? The knight continued his report.

"Infected have been spotted around the city."

"Infected?"

The man interrupted surprised.

"That can't be right? They died out generations ago. And if they didn't die out, they would have evolved."

He rubbed his chin and spoke to himself.

"They only turned up when…."

He didn't finish the sentence and asked for the knight to continue.

"We have captured what seem to be the inhabitants of the land. They were so low level it was easy pickings, gathering them up. I'm having my men torture them for information now."

The emperor nodded at the words, it was the right decision. He thought about the ramifications of the inhabitants being such a low level and gave out an order.

"Torture them for all their information. I want to know everything. Immediately tell me when you have something important."

"And when they are of no use?"

The knight's expression didn't faze when he asked the question.

"They are of n…."

The emperor, who had a calm expression up until this points, stopped. He was mid-sentence and was waving his hand as if swatting a fly, but that to stopped midair. He didn't give the knight any more time as he turned to stare off into the distance.

It was minuscule from where he was standing, and only with good eyes that could see kilometers away would one be able to notice it, but the emperor did. A little mass of dark clouds, it couldn't be made out clearly. But he felt it.

The knight that was also kneeling down felt it, his body gave off a shiver unknowingly and his face hardened.

The emperor frowned and a great pressure exploded out from his body. The knight that had felt whatever it was from far away was pushed down by this new pressure and started to sweat.

While the blot on the horizon continued to get marginally bigger and bigger, the emperor spoke out in a grim voice.

"I want a small scouting party sent out right away. At least level 40's. They need to go and report back quickly."

He pointed of into the distance.

"Bring me all the information you have on that, right away."

"Yes your Majesty! For the Empire!"

The knight shouted and quickly moved off to gather some men. The emperor stood there not responding. He only wore a frown on his face his aura surging.

I needed to eat something right now, I needed meals!

*Sniff!*

I could smell them, I could sense the. They were so close! I just had to eat them. I felt a power I had never felt before, it was giving me the means to fulfill my goal! It was time to eat!

They Better be BeHavED!

"ArGh!!!!!"

I could feel my aura bursting out; it was bringing meals towards me!

Come!

Come fulfill your meaning!

Come let me feel full!

I rushed straight out the window and jumped down.

I couldn't move my body, it had been locked down by the pressure that was being gathered above us. Through my spirit eyes I could see the energy that was connecting me, Ella and Rose. With the addition of the 'energy share' skill I saw the energy spike and gather to me faster.

It wasn't only that. The 2 energies, the one of 'Nature' from Rose and 'Fire' from Ella. They both came rushing along the energy path and connected in my body. Pain racked my body and I convulsed.

"Argh!!"

The energies were mixing in my body. The same was happening with my 'Ice'. It had rushed down the connection and went to both of them.

The boxes in front of my face informed me of what was happening. Imprint had finally leveled and combined with Rose's Life Bond skill, making something completely new.

I was having trouble concentrating, my mind was going everywhere with what was about to happen, my panic was rising. And with the addition of the new skills, and stuck inside this cocoon, something new happened. I wasn't sure if it was because of the 'Kin bond' Skill or not, or if god was somehow able to make me watch. But that's' what was happening.

My vision that had been cut off from the darkness, the vision that could only imagine what would happen next, saw, felt.

I felt like I was the one doing it.

I could feel the ravaging hunger, the torture of having nothing to eat.

The elation at finally finding something.

And I watched on in horror as she jumped out the window and smashed the glass.

Ella landed on the ground outside the Inn.
