Only when his eyes had been refined to a certain degree had Lu Tianzi truly started to practise the true ability of the Limitless Mirror Eye.

However, in order to practise this technique, he first had to form a separate dimension within his eyes!

Even though the steps to do so were all clearly listed down in his head, it did not serve to make the process much easier.

Forming this connection between worlds was extremely taxing on him, and Lu Tianzi could maintain the connection for no more than just a split second at a time.

But in this case, a split second was all that he needed.

In the span of a single moment, Lu Tianzi pulled the Lightning Crow Seed into the Limitless Mirror World, and then immediately released it, this time facing Beihua Wanlei.

The result was a terrifying destructive force that threatened to sweep across the entire platform!

Even Lu Tianzi who was standing a distance away was not entirely spared from the impact of the explosion. He was knocked off his feet by the shockwave, and sent flying through the air to the very edges of the platform.

If even Lu Tianzi had suffered such a blow, one could only imagine the state that Beihua Wanlei was in right now!

This explosion of lightning lasted only for a few moments, but the sheer intensity of it made it seem as though it lasted far longer than it truly did.

When the last flashes of electricity finally died down, Beihua Wanlei was already lying motionlessly on the floor. His clothes had completely disintegrated from the power of the explosion, and even his treasure armour underneath had cracks all over.

Well, it would not be entirely accurate to state that Beihua Wanlei was lying motionlessly on the floor either.

After all, his body was still experiencing uncontrolled spasms from the lightning ordeal…

If not for the faint signs of life that was still being emanaged from Beihua Wanlei's body, nobody would have believed that he would be able to survive through all that!

"Wanlei!" Sect Master Leiba called out in alarm.

However, no matter how anxious he was, Sect Master Leiba held himself back from flying to his beloved disciple's side.

It was not just him either.

Almost everyone present looked extremely uncomfortable, wearing anxious looks on their faces.

She closely regarded Lu Tianzi before finally speaking. "As things are, Beihua Wanlei is no longer in any state to fight. But as agreed upon earlier, this is still a fight to the death. As the victor, you have the right to personally end his life."

Despite all that she said, all of it failed to enter the mind of Sect Master Leiba.

On the other hand, Sect Master Leiba froze.

Sect Master Leiba let out yet another deep sigh before speaking in a weary tone. "Nanlu Tianzi. I have no words to express how apologetic I am right now. All I hope is that you will have the magnanimity to forgive us and allow Wanlei to live. If you are willing to do so, I assure you that the Lightning Crow Sect will never stand against you in the future."

Hearing those words, Lu Tianzi immediately turned towards Formation Master Beimu who was still standing beside him. "Teacher, what do you think I should do?"

Even though his time spent with Formation Master Beimu was short, Lu Tianzi had grown quite fond of her. And since she was more au fait with the workings with Scarlet Moon City, Lu Tianzi decided to seek her advice.

On top of that, by asking for her opinion in front of everyone, Lu Tianzi would be able to engrave into everyone's mind that he had Formation Master Beimu as his backing!

That was none other than the master of the powerful Beimu Clan!

Formation Master Beimu gently smiled at Lu Tianzi. "If you are willing to listen to me, then I will advise you to live and let live."

"And that I shall," Lu Tianzi agreed immediately.

After all, that was what he had intended to do in the first place.

Even though Beihua Wanlei had sneaked an attack on him, Lu Tianzi was still not afraid of him.

Furthermore, looking at the injuries that Beihua Wanlei had suffered, it was still an unknown as to whether he would ever be able to fully recover from the incident today.

For all he knew, perhaps Beihua Wanlei's martial path had just ended along with this fight.

"Thank you, Nanlu Tianzi," Sect Master Leiba nodded before clasping his fist towards the skies. "Junior Leiba apologises to Senior for everything I have done today. But since Nanlu Tianzi has agreed to let off our Wanlei, I hope Senior will not take offense to me saving my wretched disciple's life. I swear that from today on, my Lightning Crow Sect will only regard Nanlu Tianzi as a friend, never a foe!"

Lu Tianzi was rendered speechless by what he just saw.

Who the hell was Sect Master Leiba talking to all of a sudden?
