Kare was going to Feria's mansion, a woman that looks like a maid called out. Kate turned her eyes to the wooden box that looks suspicious.

"Which house was it delivered by mistake?"

"I… don't know, it's just a mistaken delivery so we didn't particularly care."

The maid pushed the wooden box confused to Kate. Kate, however, didn't accept it. The maid bite the edge of her lips for if this box wasn't delivered to Feria's residence, she would face the wrath of her master. This made her small body trembled.

"… It's hard to serve a troublesome master."

Kate's voice dropped in front of the maid. The made laid the box on the ground. Kate lifted the crate while sighing. Does Feria know what a wooden box was without a sender that's delivered in the palace? Kate thought it over and carried the crate to figure out Feria.

"Feria, I receive it. The made mistakenly delivered this to another residence so it was left."

Feria received the box from Kate and Feria opened the box without hesitation.

Worm…

It's a worm.

"Uwaaah!"

Feria shouted.

"Feria, you're scared in worms?"

"What great earthworm! That thickness, length and this luster, this wonderful movement!"

Kate gape with her mouth wide open. The cry that was thought to be a scream had a strange sense of joy.

"You're such a wonderful person to send me these beautiful worms Kate!"

Kate was even more surprised at Feria's grin. They both knew what's the meaning behind this wonderful gift.

"This earthworm would make good soil. Thus making the soil fluffy."

For the first time today, Kate swallowed the words her brother said to her about the unusual consort. She understood why her brother wanted her to help, though she had only been here for three days. No, she already knows from the incident yesterday. Not only Kate but also the head maid was silenced. Kate was excited. She wanted to serve this lady. When she looked at her brother, Zod, he looked back as if saying, 'Do you understand now?' Kate replied, 'yes' and looked back again.

Feria's reports already reached Macron as well as the silence of Kate and Head Maid this morning. Macron seemed to be having a good time laughing, then he consulted Vins about some things.

"A gift?"

Vins whispered with a difficult look.

Macron wanted to put a gift in a wooden box. He wanted to surprise Feria the moment she opened the crate without telling her who sent it. Her heart should go bright and light when she thinks about his gift that would shade some pink blush on her face like that of the morning light. Macron laughed at himself thinking about it.

Vins didn't look at him. Equality of the other consorts would be undermined. Even if it won't, that night was already widely known. The hostility of other consorts to Feria could be fueled. The worm box already arrived.

In addition to this gift, there will be a problem with the contents. Feria won't be happy with Jewels. Vins was puzzled.

"It was a difficult task to give a gift to Ferisama that won't lose the equality and make her happy."

"Choosing the consort that would be your lifelong partner. I don't think there would be such a thing as equality. She's at 31st rank. Even if it was a place outside the palace, they would be given an emotional advantage over the king. I will still give a gift to Feria."

Macron believes that the more he swallowed Vins worries the better Feria would be. Without that ability, Macron won't be with the queen he wanted. They want power enough to ward off the hostility of other consorts. He might not be conscious about it but he sure was the man that could attract knights and Kate and vessels that could ward off the head maid and the worm box.

Macron doesn't need a queen for decorations. He doesn't need a queen that only whispered love. He doesn't want a queen that's asking for love. Even a queen of peerage that could support herself would be begging for him.

"Then…how about this?"
