The evening was approaching, Macron was on his way to the 31st consort's residence. It was only an hour before the supper that he was free. Even after dinner, he still had work to discuss with Vins about the poor security of the royal capital. Two months passed since he was exposed to the consorts. The selection of the queen was in two weeks was also a good time. Macron suddenly stopped on his tracks and held his eyes. The guard watched Macron anxiously.

“I'm sorry, let's go.”

Macron's feet were heavy as he walked again. He was exhausted and the house was far away.

The entrance of the house approached. From the doorway, Vins flew out but saw him stopped.

“What's the matter Vins?

“No, nothing.”

He refused to say but Vins was trying to get a dress. Macron already arrived at the residence, so he has to give up.

“Macron-sama”

Vins urged Macron inside the residence. Macron set foot in the residence for the first time it was already dark in the evening. The night made the night appeared to be vague but had a calm and relaxing smell.

“Where's the consort?”

He asked the knights in charge and the maid. They all look down but the maid stepped forward and urge him.

“Here you go. Please come in.”

Macron was led by the maid and entered the small house. Dinner was already served in the room. Thinking that the consort liked the hot spring house. Macron sighed. Though it doesn't matter to Macron. However, there must've been something wrong the moment he arrived. No wonder you think like that since it was this time of the year In other words this meant like a night pass.

“I'm sorry but I only have a moment to spare.”

“Yes, don't hesitate to eat.”

The maid offered him dinner. Indeed, Macron who was hungry ate the simple supper before his eyes. The maid made tea. Macron warmed up to the cozy house with a pleasant scent.

“As much as you like.”

The maid said I'm sure they'll go the consort who was taking a bath. Macron puffed out, closing his eyes slowly.

“I'm afraid I need to leave without seeing you. Or should you just look at my face? It will take a long time before the woman gets ready… I'm sleepy.”

He nearly slipped from his chair, lifting his heavy body frantically and fell into the rocking chair in front of the fireplace. She turned against Macron's will, though he knew what would happen if he sleeps here. His eyelids were on the verge of sticking.

“It's bad, very bad. I'm sleepy…”

At last, he fell asleep.

At that time, Feria left the house and was surrounded by Vins, guards and the knights in charge.

“What's the matter, Ferisama? Why did you come out alone?”

Vins impatiently asked. Feria burst out laughing.

“It's crazy. I'm so hungry. I held back my laughter with all my might.”

The sergeant finally realizes that it was the 31st consort that appeared before them just by listening to Vin's tone.

“I suppose you could think that I'm a maid. I serve dinner and even serve tea. That fatigue was terrible. I'm sure he'll be in bed by now. I've made some herb tea for the knights too.”

Other than Feria, they widen their eyes and fixated in the house. This is going to be a night pass, whatever the facts may be. If Macron stayed here, it'll be until tomorrow. But Vins decided to remain here.

“Guards, carry him to bed. Then others stand by the entrance of the residence. Knights guard the gate. Please take care of Ferisama by his side.”
